    The Yoga of Mindfulness

The foundation for the Yoga exercises practiced is an understanding of Vipassana, the training of mindfulness forming the basis of the Buddha's teaching.


The practice of Hatha-Yoga [Yoga exercises] and Pranayama [Yoga breathing] are integrated in a training of mindfulness: Moment-to-moment meditation during asanas [postures] and kriyas [movements], done slowly and with concentration.
