What to bring

For your course: Please bring a pen, paper and your Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Massage book(s).  Please note that you will also need to bring your own white (or off white) bedsheet for all Thai Yoga Massage levels, internships and guided reviews. Lotus Palm will provide all classroom massage mats and accessories. Wear comfortable yoga-like clothing.

Toronto in general: It gets really hot in the summer, and quite cold in the winter, so come prepared! Spring & Fall have warm days and cool nights during which we recommend a jacket or sweater. You can check Toronto's weather forecast at Environment Canada.

The Cabbage town district is really lovely, renowned for its heritage architecture and small businesses.
