Autumn is almost here, seasonal changes affects us all at different ways and soon we will want to snuggle and warm up!

Life goes on and by combining a healthy diet to our routine (see Éléonore's Ayurvedic tip) we can make the transition into autumn a little easier!

Try this simple little recipe of herbal tea with warming spices!

You will need:

• A good piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped (about 2-3 cm)
• A cinnamon stick
• Half a teaspoon of crushed cardamom seeds
• A half teaspoon crushed cumin seeds
• 1 liter of water

Preparation:

1. Simmer water and chopped ginger for ten minutes.
2. Add the crushed seeds and cover.
3. Turn off the heat and leave to infuse for 20 minutes.
4. Warm gradually and drink up to 1 liter per day.
