Practical Uses For:

Rosewood Essential Oil

Rosewood essential oil has many virtues, but it is especially indicated for skin care. Its tolerance makes it a very important essential oil, used pure or diluted on the skin. Moreover, it is safe for children older than three months and women pregnant over three months.

Use it diluted to 2% in an oil (Argan) or base cream organic and unscented in preventing wrinkles or stretch marks. Applied topically for minor burns, skin diseases and as revitalizing skin!

Learn more about essential oils and their many uses with our Introduction to Essential Oils course on March 5-6 in Montreal.

Testimonials from our TYM & Myo-Fascial Release 1 students:

“The Thai Yoga Massage & Myo-Fascial Release course was a very enriching and humbling experience. Now I truly know how to listen to the body. The course was put into words and techniques that make such sense. We also tapped into the emotional aspects that go along with fascia releasing, and experienced first hand how powerful it is. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn to truly listen to the body and take their practice to this next level. Thank you with all my heart.”

- Jasmine de Jager

Herbal Compress Massage 1

NEW DATE: March 18th to the 20th, in Montreal

Thai people have been using dried herbs to treat many different ailments in the body for hundreds of years. Typically, Thai herbal compresses are steamed and either applied through clothing or directly on the skin. Hot herbal compress massage (Luk Pra Kob) is deeply comforting and warm. It promotes relaxation while soothing aching or tired muscles and stiff joints and helps to increase the flow of energy in the body.

By using techniques of patting, gliding, rolling and pounding, essential oils are released from the heated compresses penetrating and absorbing deeply to relax and detoxify the body. This can benefit those with conditions such as inflamed joints, arthritis, fibromyalgia, soft tissue injuries, and has profound effects on the body.

After this hands-on 3-day intensive workshop, students will leave with a comprehensive knowledge of Thai herbal compress bundle making and take home their personalized herbal compresses.
