Fun for the Holidays!

A foot rub on the beach, a massage twice a day and some quality time far, far away! Why not join me in Thailand for the holidays?  I will be in Chiang Mai at the Sunshine Massage School teaching the Thai Style Head Massage on the weekend of January 7-8th! Who else will be there? Did I mention Kam Thye?

Massaman curry in Bangkok, tropical drinks in Krabi and sticky rice and mango in Chiang Mai! This time I am bringing a pair of stretchy pants and pockets full of change. My mission is to come back 5 lbs heavier, soul fed and spirit lightened!

Bangkok, Krabi, Chiang Mai and places I haven't even heard of here I come!

Thai Reflexology 1

January 7-8   2017 in Montreal

There are millions of nerve endings in our feet and hands. The idea behind reflexology is that through pressure points, the connections in the nervous system can be used to re-energize, stimulate, disperse, unblock and restore the natural flow of prana/chi (the invisible energy) in your body. This will leave the client feeling totally relaxed.

In this workshop you will further your skills in Thai style foot massage and hand massage incorporating oils and creams into your work

Register for this course from January 7- 8in Montreal or by phone 514.270.5713.

Thai Fun Fact: Celebrating the King’s Birthday and Fathers!

Christmas isn’t the only holiday celebrated in the month of December. On December 5th, it is also King Bhumipol Adulyadej’s birthday. The King is seen as the symbolic father of Thailand, which is why Father’s Day is celebrated nationwide. Until his passing in October this year, after 70 years on the throne, he was the longest serving monarch in Thailand.
