The Alexander Technique with Hope Mell

Hope Mell has been practicing yoga since 1968 and has been interested in the healing arts since she was a young girl. She first learnt the Alexander Technique in 1979 and has been practicing and teaching it since. This yoga technique teaches how to decrease physical exertion and enhance consciousness. Using the right amount of energy needed for an activity allows for more reserved energy for all other activities.

Thai Yoga Massage with Rejean Rishi Dion

Rejean Rishi Dion, from the Lotus Palm School of Thai Yoga Massage, has been practicing Thai yoga for over a decade. This ancient massage benefits the body’s circulation, the immune system and overall flexibility. It is a slow and thoughtful massage which is preventative and at the same time remedial.

Approaching yoga as a healing art, Heidi believes that relaxation and restoration are needed for the body to be whole. Structural Yoga Therapy™ (SYT) focuses on identifying and adapting individual needs, lessening mental and physical stress and enhancing the ability to focus.
