The driving force behind this community’s
style of yoga is simple: happiness.
Visitors are invited to come as
day guests, to stay overnight, to
attend our weekend workshops or
silent retreats, to take a personal
retreat or to take one of our longer
teacher training or living yoga
training programs.
Retreats
-The Personal Retreat
Available on weekdays,
this retreat is dedicated to relaxation
and restoration. Guests can choose
from daily Hatha yoga classes, meditation
sessions and scripture lessons.
-The Silent Retreat
A spiritual and intense
experience, this retreat also includes
daily inspirational talks from well-known
guest speakers. The beliefs of all
faiths are brought together to create
a journey of inner-realization and
tranquility. Scheduled in the spring
(4-day), summer (10-day), fall (4-day)
and over the New Year (5-day).
Teacher Training
Yogaville offers many different
training programs, such as ‘Basic
Hatha Yoga’, ‘Teaching
Yoga to People with Cancer’,
‘Prenatal, Labor, and Post
Partum Yoga Teacher Training’,
and Thai Yoga Massage. For more

The Living Yoga Training
Program
Satchidananda Ashram offers a very
unique program; program participants
are invited to stay for a month
or more. This program is based in
an environment of harmony, and promotes
spiritual growth and clear-mindedness.
The program includes daily meditation
and hatha yoga classes along with
instruction on the different branches
of yoga and weekly classes on yoga
philosophy.
The Light of Truth Universal
Shrine (LOTUS)
LOTUS exists in Yogaville, and
is one of its’ kind. The dome-shaped,
large and majestic temple practices
the faith of all faiths –
all are welcome, as all are one.
