Schedule

November 8-9-10 & November 15-16-17, 2019
Friday, Saturday and Sunday (2 weekends) 
Friday night from 6 to 10pm and Saturday-Sunday from 9am to 5:30pm

Exams

  • Guided Review: November 20, 6-9pm
  • Written Exam: November 27, 6-8pm
  • Practical Exam: December 4, 6-9pm


Objective
This advance course will allow you to dive deeper into anatomy, physiology, injury assessment, and massage application in a hands-on way that is directed towards Yoga or Thai Massage. This course helps you to practice safely and addresses common physical discomforts as related to Yoga and Thai Massage.

Course content

  • Revision of Level 1 Anatomy Structures in order to understand deeper structures
  • Advanced Body Mechanics and movement of deeper articulations and muscles
  • Contraindications
  • Common pathologies
  • Physiological Systems
  • Deeper muscles and muscle groups with its functions as related to Yoga and Thai Massage postures

  • Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga and Thai Practitioners manual
  • The Anatomy Coloring book
