Thai Yoga Massage is performed fully clothed on a mat without oils or creams. It combines massage with deep stretching and is excellent for relieving muscular tension. Prenatal Thai Massage is also available. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.
Swedish Massage takes place on a table using oil or gel. It targets specific areas for great therapeutic relief. Prenatal Swedish Massage is also available.
Shiatsu Massage is given over clothing, on a mattress on the floor, without oil or cream. This type of massage rebalances the energy of the body through a combination of massage and acupressure. Please wear comforable clothing, allowing freedom of movement.
