All in the family
Our teachers are Thai Yoga Massage practitioners! Their knowledge in massage combined with their experience in yoga will bring a special touch to your practice.
Lulu-belle Moon Through Ashtanga and Acro yoga, Lulu discovered a love for movement and the body, which eventually lead her to study Thai Yoga Massage.
Her ongoing interest in combining yoga, ayurveda and bodywork continues to grow through trainings with Lotus Palm, Ashtanga Yoga Montreal, and other various workshops.
Eléonore Piquet Eléonore has been practicing yoga for 7 years. She first took a 200h teacher training with Hart Lazer in 2008. After her training, she travelled to India for few months to draw inspiration from her experiences there. Since then, she keeps deepening her teaching and practice through therapeutic aspects of yoga and meditation.
As a Thai Yoga massage practitioner and teacher, she also brings the art of touch and adjustments in her class.
Mirabai Mirabai is one of our senior Thai Yoga Massage teachers and has been committed to yoga her entire life. She was raised in a family of Sivananda yoga practitioners and has been teaching at the Sivananda teacher´s training worldwide for over ten years.
Bonnie Bonnie's path to yoga began simply as a way to stay fit and flexible. By developing a regular practice, she noticed not only these simple benefits, but also the state of mind yoga brought to her life, and loved the feeling of calm she felt after a class. Becoming an instructor was a way to share this with others and help them achieve these same benefits. Her yoga practice also deepened a long-time interest in the body and how all systems work together to keep us happy and healthy. In 2009, she finished her training as a massage therapist, and applies the combined knowledge into her classes, allowing for both creativity and relaxation.
